Services
We handle every stage of a septic system's life — design, inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation. All system types, all under BC's Sewerage System Regulation, with a licensed P.Eng. as Engineer of Record on every project.
Inspections & Assessments
Know the condition of the system
Real Estate & Pre-Purchase
Written inspection report before subjects removal. We assess tank condition, field performance, and system compliance so you know exactly what you're buying. Suitable for your realtor and lawyer.
Annual Compliance
We handle your health authority paperwork, compliance reports, Letters of Assurance, and regulatory filings. You don't need to know the forms, we do.
Condition Assessments
Slow drains, sewage odours, wet patches, gurgling sounds? We investigate the full system: tank, distribution, and field to best diagnose the problem, and give you honest options.

Maintenance
Scheduled service and documentation
Pumping & Filter Cleaning
The single most important thing you can do for your septic system. We remove accumulated solids before they reach your dispersal field. We track your history and send reminders.
Pump & Alarm Testing
Your effluent pump and alarm need regular testing to confirm they'll work when you need them. We test and document everything.
Maintenance Contracts
We schedule your visits, perform the work, and submit documentation. Available for Type 1, 2, and 3 systems.
Maintenance Manual & Planning
Clear, plain-language plans specific to your system — what to do, when to do it, and who to call. Great for new homeowners.

Repairs & Emergency
Fixed before it becomes a system failure
Pump Replacement
Fast diagnosis, straightforward pricing, back online quickly. Full replacement including sourcing, installation, and testing.
Tank & Pipe Repairs
Cracked tanks, broken baffles, crushed pipes — fixed before they become a full system failure. Catching these early saves thousands.
Emergency Response
Septic systems don't fail at convenient times. Backup, surface breakout, non-stop alarm — call us.
We are reachable outside business hours for urgent issues.

Design & Installation
Sized correctly, permitted properly
New System Design
BC SSR compliant, health authority approved. We size it correctly, select the right technology, and manage the full filing process.
Replacement & Upgrades
Failing system or adding a suite? We design the replacement, get it permitted, and manage installation.
Site Assessments & Testing
Percolation testing and soil evaluation to determine what your property can support before you build or buy.
Design deliverables
- Site plan showing topography, setbacks and system layout
- Review of soil analysis and percolation data
- System sizing and component specification
- Layout drawings and installation notes for the installer
- Design rationale, calculations and supporting documentation

Construction Support
Involved through construction
Design work doesn't end when the drawings are issued. We stay involved through construction — attending site, answering the installer's questions, coordinating with the health authority, and confirming that what goes in the ground matches what was designed and sealed.

System Types
Type 1, 2 and 3 systems
Type 1
Septic tank with gravity-fed dispersal, for sites with suitable soil conditions.
Type 2
Adds a treatment stage before effluent reaches the dispersal field. Used on smaller lots, difficult soils, and environmentally sensitive sites.
Type 3
Advanced treatment using mechanical or biological components, for tight setbacks, high performance requirements, or where discharge conditions demand it.

Backflow & Cross Connection Control
Protecting the drinking water supply
Cross connection control keeps used water from flowing back into a building's drinking water — a risk wherever irrigation, a boiler, or an onsite wastewater system shares a property with the potable supply. We hold Backflow Prevention and Cross Connection Control certification through the BC Water & Waste Association, alongside the P.Eng. registration that covers the wastewater side.
